We all know and fully understand why exercise on a frequent basis is smart to do, and of course the Ice Cream Diet includes that as well. However, the fact is, anyone who claims you can lose weight without exercising is not telling you the truth and you should stay away from any such diets. This diet plan actually will work, but you have to do what they tell you to do; then you can drop some pounds while you're enjoying a little ice cream each day.

Many people assume that the only way to stomach this diet is to add the icecream to less desirable ingredients. Yet, the fact is that ice cream itself may help you to lose weight because of its calcium content. Weight loss can be a challenge for someone who it lacking calcium in their diet. Consuming calcium helps the body burn fat more efficiently. Calcium rich foods are better for you than just taking calcium supplements. To help this process along, you also need regular exercise, which the Ice Cream Diet also recommends.

We do feel that the name, Ice Cream Diet, can put all manner of unusual ideas and initial thoughts in someone's head. Right? While there is the daily ice cream treat, bear in mind the other aspects such as lower calorie intake. You know, someone can read the name and erroneously believe they'll be able to eat all the ice cream they want and lose weight - like it's magic ice cream!

People could also get the wrong impression and think the diet is fake and it only makes you fatter - no! This, of course, is only wishful thinking, and if you are really interested in following this diet you have to read all the small print! Just like with so many other diets, you will be required to limit daily calories and get regular exercise.

It's not for everyone, but the Ice Cream Diet is for a lot of people who don't want the total brutality of dieting. It depends, however, on sticking to the dietary and exercise recommendations and eating a very limited amount of ice cream. Think you're up to the task? If so, then you can lose weight and keep it off.
